Origin and Evolution
The Marin Legal Office was founded in Salamanca, and moved to Madrid in 1959, where it has continued to carry out its activity. Its present name dates from 1974.
At present, the Office is made up of a team of lawyers and economists who possess solid preparation and extensive experience in providing sound advice to both our domestic and foreign clients in the legal, economic, global, integral, and multidisciplinary areas of companies.
The Marin Legal Office collaborates with other Legal Offices world-wide, and belongs to the International Alliance known as ALLIANCE OF BUSINESS LAWYERS.
In the Economic field, there is a department which is dedicated to business activities, specialising in projects, evaluating companies, investment analysis, viability studies and legal consultancy.
Our aim is none other than to offer integral judicial or economic advice to the client. Our time-proven experience in the business world has been guaranteed by the trust placed in us by national and international entities, which we represent either procedurally or extra-procedurally.
Excellence is the fundamental goal in service to the client, for which the professionals who make up this Office, through study and investigation, try to foresee and take steps to avoid the problems which may arise for our clients, and, also develop new frameworks and legal instruments so that they may benefit from the existing business opportunities in the market at any given moment.
